Cottage-care membership prices

Updated

These are the cottage-care prices of Home Resetters Property Services Inc., an incorporated property-services company that looks after cottages for GTA owners from a base in North Bay. The membership comes in three tiers, Watch, Seasons and Host, billed through Square. We are setting the prices now: until each one is published here it shows as TBD, and nothing is charged until you pay the Square invoice that confirms your spot.

    • Everything in Seasons

    • Guest issues handled
    • Turnovers coordinated with your cleaners

Tier names are working names. Billing period for each tier: TBD. Subscriptions run through Square, monthly or by the season, and the subscribe button for each tier appears here once it is set up.

Watch: priced per visit

The Watch tier is priced per visit, with cadence discounts. Which cadence you need depends on your insurance policy's wording and on where the cottage is; see winter checks for what insurers write.

How billing works

There is no payment on this website. When you reserve, we confirm within one business day and send a Square invoice with a deposit; the deposit is applied to your first season. Deposit amount: TBD.

After that, the membership is a Square subscription for your tier, billed monthly or by the season, and Square processes the card payment. Repairs and licensed trades outside the tier are quoted separately and in writing before any work starts, then invoiced through Square in the same way.
