Home Resetters Property Services Inc. is an incorporated handyman and property-services company based in downtown Toronto. We work in person across Toronto, Etobicoke, North York, Scarborough, Mississauga, and Vaughan, doing furniture assembly, TV mounting, small repairs, condo move-ins, junk removal, cleaning and yard work, with larger projects coordinated with licensed contractors, and every job starts with a written, flat-rate quote.

City-centre towers and suburbs of houses, semis and townhouses, half of them built between 1961 and 1990, with assembly and mounting visits scheduled by area.

Downtown is condo country. Across the five central ridings, 45.9 percent of homes are condominiums, 59.6 percent are apartments in buildings of five storeys or more, and only 6.7 percent are detached houses. That shapes the work: concrete walls, service-elevator bookings, sign-in at the desk and drilling hours.
Etobicoke, North York and Scarborough
The rest of the city mixes towers and houses. Across the City of Toronto, 46.7 percent of homes are apartments in buildings of five storeys or more, 23.3 percent are detached houses, and 29.3 percent of all homes were built before 1961. Older houses bring plaster walls, doors that have settled and lists of small repairs; the towers bring the same building rules as downtown.
Mississauga and Vaughan
Further out, most homes are owned and many are houses. In Mississauga 70.4 percent of households own, 37.1 percent of homes are detached and 37.9 percent were built before 1981. In Vaughan 85.9 percent own, 62.6 percent of homes are detached and half were built since 2001. That means wood-stud walls for mounting, bigger assembly jobs, and yards and patios to set up and clean up.
