How every job is quoted
-
A written quote first
Every job gets a written, flat-rate quote before any work starts. Larger projects get a written contract, which Ontario requires above $50.
-
Small jobs batched
A list of small jobs is done in one visit with one setup, instead of a separate trip for each.
-
Licensed trades where the law asks for them
Electrical and plumbing work goes to licensed contractors we coordinate. We do not claim a trade licence ourselves.
Where we work
We work in person across Toronto and the cities next to it.
