Home Resetters Property Services Inc. is an incorporated property-services company with a cottage-care membership for GTA owners whose cottages are within reach of North Bay. Reserving costs nothing on this page: tell us where the cottage is, how it is heated and whether you rent it, and we confirm within one business day with a Square invoice. Its deposit holds your spot and is applied to your first season.

What happens next

We read your reservation and call or email you within one business day to confirm the details.
We send a Square invoice with the deposit; paying it holds your spot, and the deposit is applied to your first season.
Before the season starts we agree the plan in writing: tier, cadence, keys and access, and who to call.
